• How our bounces are different:

    So what's the difference between our bounce houses and ones you just buy online? Our bounce houses are commercial grade material (many are "residential grade"), making them easier to clean and durable. This allows us to offer inflatables that are made and designed to follow and pass state inflatable regulations and inspections. Trust us, you can't get these on Amazon or Wayfair!

  • What's your weather policy?

    Please know that we cannot set up outside if there is a 30% or greater chance of rain for your area.  If unexpected rain occurs during an event, we will have to arrange an immediate pick-up due to safety concerns, so we HIGHLY recommend an indoor backup plan. But we know this is New England and weather changes happen! If you need to cancel your booking due to weather, your deposit will be held for a rebooking on any future available date.  

  • Do I need to sign anything?

    You will be sent a Release of Liability waiver along with a Rental Agreement. These must be reviewed, signed, and returned at least 48 hours prior to your rental.

  • Where can my rental be set up?

    Our rentals are great indoor or out! You just need a cleared, flat surface. Grass, asphalt/concrete,  turf, or pavers is fine. Dirt, gravel, or mulch is not. Specifc dimensions can be sent for each item at the time of inquiry! 

  • How do I set up? Do I need anything?

    Don't worry, we will set up for you! We require our rentals to be set up AND taken down by our team. We will arrive at a designated time prior to your event to make sure the play area is appropriate for set up. We use stakes and sandbags depending on your venue space. When your event is over, we ask that the rentals remain set up for pick-up to check for potential damages before packing up. 

  • Any rules for bouncing/playing?

    Well, our number one rule is to have fun! But for the sake of your safety and the protection of our bounces and soft play equipment, we also ask that you stick to the following:

    • no shoes, use socks please!
    • no facepaint, pens/crayons/markers, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string on or near the inflatables(these cause irreprable staining)
    • no food/drink/chewing gum
    • no sharp obects (like flags, badges or large jewelry)
    • no hard toys 
    • no pets
    • only 3-4 kids at a time (we reccomend keeping to the same age groups while bouncing)
